The choices you make on stage are never wrong—but some have a higher likelihood of success.  I will gently help you retrain your brain to make successful choices.

 

For scene work, success means creating entertaining scenes based on strong characters and relationships, reacting from an established point of view and supporting your scene partners with “yes, and.” Humor flows organically from the dialog, spontaneous scene games and happy accidents.

 

For short-form games, success means crisp play and sharp timing mixed with your unique wit. For every show, success means being seen, heard and understood—and entertaining!

 

Improv is challenging but simple.  Get out of your own way, let go of your judgment, accept and react to the world that is created and add a tiny bit of information. Your creativity will blossom as we enhance your play with characters, accents and object work.  And it’s fun!
